Feedback on the AMUGA study visit to Casablanca

From 16 to 27 June 2026, an AMUGA delegation, accompanied by Codatu, travelled to Casablanca (Morocco) for a study visit and an immersion course focusing on transport system management and operational monitoring.

In this video, Karamoko Siedou Ouattara, Director of Infrastructure and Operational Support at AMUGA, reflects on this experience, the lessons learnt from the Casablanca model and the value of these exchanges in supporting transport developments in Greater Abidjan.

In particular, this immersion programme enabled AMUGA’s teams to discuss governance, funding and monitoring of the operation of Casablanca’s transport networks.
