Renewal of CODATU’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee

On Wednesday 25 September 2024, CODATU’s governing bodies (Board of Directors and General Meeting) met.

The 2023 activity and financial reports were presented and approved. They offer good prospects for the association’s development. The provisional budget for 2024 and the work on the CODATU Vision 2030 were presented. Another very important point discussed was the need for more flexible governance of the association, to create a more agile organisation capable of meeting the new challenges facing CODATU.

A new Executive Board was presented and approved:

  • François Durovray: Chairman
  • Christian Philip: Vice-Chairman of CODATU and Chairman of the Elders’ Committee
  • Thibault de Lambert: General Secretary
  • Raymond Deschamps: Treasurer
