Launch of the 1st African Paratransit Fair: Codatu and AMUGA formalise their partnership

On 15 April 2026, Codatu and the Greater Abidjan Urban Mobility Authority (AMUGA) signed a partnership agreement to organise the first African fair dedicated to paratransit.

The agreement was signed by Romain Kouakou, Director General of AMUGA, and Marie-Hélène Chapel, member of Codatu’s Executive Board.

📍 The event will take place in Abidjan, at the Hôtel Ivoire, on 20 and 21 October 2026, alongside the International Conference on Sustainable Mobility and Climate (CIMDC), a major gathering of stakeholders committed to more sustainable mobility systems.

This signing marks a key milestone in the preparation of this major event, which will bring together the entire paratransit ecosystem: operators, public authorities, partners and innovators.
