The Codatu team is at MOBCO!
The Codatu team is attending the MOBCO exhibition alongside our President, François Durovray.
We are also delighted to be joined there by our partners from the Greater Abidjan Urban Mobility Authority (AMUGA), led by their Director General, Romain Kouakou.
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 11 June from 9.45 am to 10.45 am in the Europe Room for our session:
“Current challenges facing African urban mobility authorities and their joint reflections on finding sustainable solutions”.
The round table will be moderated by Jean-Jacques Helluin, General Delegate of Codatu, with the participation of:
- François Durovray, President of Codatu and former Minister of Transport,
- Romain Kouakou, Director General of the Greater Abidjan Urban Mobility Authority (AMUGA) and Vice-President of the African Association of Urban Mobility Authorities (AUMA),
- Réda Souirgi, Director of the Transport and Digital Department at the French Development Agency (AFD),
- Nicolas ZIV, Lead Transport Expert at the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI),
- Sergio Oliete-Josa, Head of Unit for Sustainable Transport and Urban Development at the European Commission (DG INTPA).
This discussion will highlight the challenges faced by African mobility organising authorities and explore avenues for cooperation to develop more sustainable, inclusive and resilient mobility solutions.
