David Nelson is a Director of Transit Planning for Jacobs Engineering Group in Boston, Massachusetts and the Professeur Invité des Transport et Logistique au Conservatoire National Des Arts et Métier in Paris France. He has 35 years’ experience in the planning and management of public transportation systems across the United States. He is the author of several dozen scholarly articles on public transport planning and administration. He holds an MCRP from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA from Bates College.
