The DAEI (MEEDDM) wanted to do an update of the guide “decentralized cooperation” had been achieved by CODATUfollowing the conference CODATU XII in 2006. She toldCODATU writing and printing. A steering committeecomposed of DAEI, AFD, the DAECT (MAE) co-financers of the guide and CERTU oversaw the development.
This guide is available from mid-October in French and in English on paper.

Already published in French and English, this guide is now available in Spanish, AFD, by having to press.
