The seminar which was held in Costa Rica on November 14-15, 2000 was organized by the CODATU on behalf of the Inter-American Bank of Development for the countries of Central America : Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador as well as Panama and the Dominican Republic.
