* : The Rate 2 concerns inhabitants of the countries of OECD and Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan
** : rate and amount depend on the number of inhabitants (NI)
*** : rate and amount depend on the sales turn-over (TO)
